Esipick ("Esipick", "we", "us") provides AI automation, custom software, and outreach services to businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
We are not currently established or registered in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any jurisdiction — we operate as a remote, distributed team serving clients internationally. Any reference elsewhere on this site to serving clients in the UK, US, EU, or Middle East describes the geography of the businesses we work with, not a legal entity registered in those regions.
1. Data we collect
a) People who contact us directly. If you submit our contact form, use our ROI calculator, workflow generator, or website-grading tool, or message our chat widget, we collect what you provide: name, email, business name, phone number (if given), and the content of your message or inputs.
b) Business outreach contacts (B2B). As part of our own sales outreach, we source publicly available business contact information — name, work email, job title, company, and public company details — from third-party B2B data providers (including Apollo.io) and public business listings (including Google Places), for the purpose of contacting businesses about our services. We do not scrape personal social media profiles or private data, and we do not knowingly purchase or use consumer data unrelated to a person's professional/business role.
c) Website analytics. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies and similar technologies to collect standard usage data (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, referral source). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
d) Client operational data. If you become a client, we process the data needed to deliver and support the automation/software we build for you (e.g. messages processed through an AI inbox or workflow we've built for your business). That data is governed by our engagement agreement with you as the client, and we act as a data processor on your behalf for that data — not as the data controller.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, deliver requested tools/calculators, provide and support the services you've engaged us for, reach out to businesses who may benefit from our services, and understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
3. Third parties we share data with
We use the following categories of third-party service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own terms:
- Business contact data providers — Apollo.io (B2B contact sourcing), Google Places API (public business listings)
- Email verification — EmailVerify.io (checking that an outreach email address is valid before we send to it)
- AI processing — Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI — used to process messages and generate responses within the tools and automations we build
- Messaging infrastructure — WATI (WhatsApp Business API), for businesses using our WhatsApp-based tools
- Analytics — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Hosting and email delivery — our infrastructure providers, used to host this site and send transactional/outreach email
We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. International transfers
Because we operate as a distributed team and use US-based service providers (including the AI and infrastructure providers listed above), data may be processed outside your home country. Where a provider offers contractual safeguards for international transfer (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), we rely on those safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep contact-form and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up, typically no more than 24 months of inactivity. B2B outreach contact data is kept only as long as we are actively running or considering outreach to that business, and is deleted or suppressed immediately upon an unsubscribe or objection request. Client operational data is retained per your service agreement and deleted or returned at its conclusion, on request.
6. Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to use the site's core functionality.
7. Your rights
Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and where it came from
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Stop using your data for outreach or marketing (opt-out/unsubscribe)
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, including access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
